Show up 10-15 minutes before your session. Check in at the front desk, get changed, grab your water & towel. Say hi to other members, soak in the atmosphere, and ask our team anything you need to know before you get started.

Once the previous class wraps up, step onto the gym floor and meet your Performance Coach.
WARM UP.
Your dedicated coach will guide you through a specific warm-up and some mobility exercises, to prepare you for the mainworkout of the day
MAIN WORKOUT.
Sweat, run, push sled, lift weights in our Hyrox Performance Classes. Our classes are designed to build strenght, improve your cardio and develop your functional fitness.

HIGH-FIVES. REFLECT. CONECT.
You made it. The session wraps up with high-fives all around—coach to members, members to each other. Take your time to ask our team questions about nutrition, recovery, or anything else that helps you progress faster.
